My Story
Hi! I’m Natalie the proud owner and groomer behind Paws & Petals Mobile Dog Grooming. I originally started my career with animals as a Certified Veterinary Technician however, I have decided to also focus my passion for animals through grooming. The inspiration to become a dog groomer all started with my dog Annabelle, a Soft-Coated Wheaten Terrier. Her joyful spirit and endless trust taught me how special the bond is between people and their pets and I am very excited to continue this journey and meet all of your furry friends!
I started renovating my bus beginning of 2025 and designed it to provide your furry friend with a safe, comfortable, and personalized experience right at home. No loud salons and no waiting around. Just one-on-one attention, quality products, and a whole lot of tail wags.
Let’s get your furry friend looking and feeling their best—without ever leaving the driveway!

Dematting Policy
I understand that matting can happen for many and reasons and do not place blame-I am here to help and will work with you to create a grooming schedule that prevents matting in the future. The health and safety and comfort of every pet is my top priority. Matting is a serious condition that can lead to pain, skin infections, sores, and restricted movement.
-
De-matting will only be performed if it can be done safely and comfortably; If the matting is severe I will recommend a shave-down to remove the mats and start fresh
-
Severely matted dogs will not be groomed without a full evaluation and a signed consent form
-
I may refuse service if the condition of the coat presents a health or safety risk to your pet
-
Extra charges will apply for matted coats depending on severity and time required

Understanding Behavior-Based Pricing
I strive to make every grooming experience calm, safe, and positive for your pup. However, some dogs may need a little extra time, patience, or special handling due to anxiety, reactivity, or behavioral challenges.
Grooming a nervous, fearful, or aggressive dog often requires additional time, safety precautions, and care. Because of this, an additional fee may be applied to account for the extra effort and time needed to keep your pet comfortable and safe, and to ensure a smooth grooming experience for everyone involved.
I completely understand that not all dogs love grooming—and that’s okay! I am here to work with you and your pup to make it as stress-free as possible. If I notice behavioral issues that could affect grooming, I will always do my best to communicate openly and recommend the best options for your dog.
Thank you for your understanding and trust. I appreciate your support as we continue to offer personalized, compassionate grooming for every kind of pup—wiggly or not!
